Guest Bios: Dwayne Kushniruk has co-founded, managed and invested in several private and public software companies since 1981. These include the Abacus Software Group, Microrim Inc., Baseline Technologies Inc.,Exchequer Software Inc., and Opus Software Technologies Inc. Mr. Kushniruk founded Vision Pay Inc. to provide payroll and HR software for Navision products and he identified and managed the acquisition of Denver-based Serenic Software, Inc. Mr. Kushniruk identified a purchaser and managed the sale of the Serenic operating divisions in mid-2014, which generated a gain for shareholders at a premium to the share price and subsequently set the stage to pursue the cloud technology opportunities that OneSoft is now involved with. Mr. Kushniruk is one of the major shareholders and will continue to manage the Company’s M&A growth strategy, public company matters and capital markets initiatives.
Tim Edward has spent the past 22 years pioneering software applications for the pipeline industry. He was a co-founder of Baseline Technologies Inc., which successfully developed new processes to analyze ILI data in 1997. He subsequently pioneered development of new Public Awareness processes and other specialized software functionality for the industry. He continues to maintain strong working relationships with industry leaders, associations and regulators, whose common objective is to improve the antiquated systems that no longer appropriately serve industry requirements. Tim functions as President of OneBridge, in his visionary role to move the projects forward.
Brandon Taylor, President of US operations, has served as CTO of the OneSoft companies since 2004. He has been involved in numerous technology projects with Microsoft, including the Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for Microsoft Dynamics since 2009, and the Managed Cloud Services initiative (MCS), which has focused on advancing Microsoft's volume cloud business model for Dynamics ERP products. He was re-appointed as one of the eight partners who comprise Microsoft's worldwide ERP partner advisory council (PAC) in 2016, which focuses on improving the deployment of Microsoft-based software applications world-wide.
