SREIS is a secured real estate investment that’s open to anyone, accredited or unaccredited, with a minimum $5,000 to invest. SREIS enables investors to earn monthly income from their investments – the company’s preferred return objective is 8% per annum - plus a share in the profits the company makes. SREIS generates an annual return for investors by lending money to real estate developers.
While there is risk, and you should read the company’s offering circular for full details of the offer, SREIS carefully screens each real estate loan, maintains insurance to cover disasters, carefully maintains loan to value ratios that may act as a cushion against real estate market downturns and normally issues only short term loans that are secured by liens and mortgages against physical real estate
