Can Average Earners Build Wealth? with Danny Kofke

Guest: Danny Kofke

Description: Can average workers build wealth or is wealth only for the top wage earners? What enables some average earners to have a solid financial base while others struggle to make ends meet? What role does saving play in accruing and building financial wealth? And is wealth solely related to money? Host Jordan Goodman welcomes back Danny Kofke, teacher, and personal finance authority, to talk about Kofke's most recent book, 'The Wealthy Teacher,' as well as personal finance ideas, advice, and strategies for earners in the low to middle income range.

Guest Bio: Danny Kofke is a special education teacher in Georgia who has taught pre-k through sixth grades and the author of four personal finance books: The Wealthy Teacher: Lessons for Prospering on a School Teacher's Salary, A Bright Financial Future: Teaching Kids About Money Pre-K through College for Life-Long Success; A Simple Book of Financial Wisdom: Teach Yourself (and Your Kids) How to Live Wealthy with Little Money; and How To Survive (and perhaps thrive) On A Teacher’s Salary. Danny’s everyday approach to handling money has led him to be interviewed on numerous television shows and interviewed on over 600 radio shows and featured in numerous publications.  Danny wants to show other school teachers how to thrive on their salaries too.
